We know that an excellent education doesn’t end at the school gates.
Staff give up a huge amount of time to broaden and enrich the taught curriculum by offering a range of extra-curricular clubs and activities, all of which help to create confident, well-rounded individuals.
We encourage students to get fully involved in the extra-curricular programmes that we offer, which include sports, school productions,
choir, orchestra, eco-activities, the Student Council, public speaking, the annual Carnegie Shadowing Awards and various local, national and international competitions such as the F1 in Schools and Maths Challenge.
We organise visits to theatres, museums, historical sites and other places of cultural interest. Students have opportunities to travel abroad annually to enjoy skiing in a variety of resorts across Europe.
